New Hampshire calls it the Certificate of Good Standing and charges $5. Here is how to order it and what must be current first.
Would rather not deal with the agency yourself?
New Hampshire charges $5 for a standard certificate of good standing and $10 for the long form that recites all of an entity's filings, both set by RSA 304-C:191, II(j), plus $1 per page where certified copies are involved. Order through NH QuickStart, or use One Click Good Standing, which needs no account. The Secretary of State does not publish when the certificate is issued.
Processing and expedited tiers: New Hampshire publishes no turnaround for certificate orders and none for the postal route. The only figure on its Order a Certificate page, 10 to 15 business days, is written for filings submitted online, and the $25 expedite printed beside it is an in-person service for filings. Orders go through NH QuickStart, or through One Click Good Standing without an account
