Under RSA 304-C:174. Fourteen items across two paragraphs. The tax disclaimer in paragraph III is weaker than standard: it expressly preserves a Business Profits Tax finding under RSA 77-A:1, XII, so a registration safe harbor does not imply BPT safety.
