Submit your application along with the Certificate of Fact - Status and the $500 filing fee. Processing time is Massachusetts publishes a figure for fax only: a fax filing "will generally be processed the same business day but in no event later than by the following business day". It publishes no processing time for post or hand delivery, and this filing has no electronic channel at all. Expedited processing available for $20, and fax is the only way to get it. The Application for Registration cannot be filed electronically in Massachusetts, and the charge is not available on a posted or hand delivered one, so a filer who wants it must fax.
