Missouri requires no member or manager names on the Articles of Organization (Mo. Rev. Stat. 347.039) and has no annual report for LLCs. The articles must, however, state whether management is vested in managers or in members, and must give the name and physical business or residence address of each organizer (Mo. Rev. Stat. 347.039.1(4) and (6)). Any person may serve as organizer.

Holding meetings of members, or carrying on other internal company affairs
Maintaining bank accounts
Borrowing money, or creating debt instruments, mortgages, liens, or security interests in real or personal property
Securing or collecting debts, or enforcing rights in the property securing them
Transacting business in interstate commerce
Conducting an isolated transaction completed within 30 days that is not one of a series of like transactions
